I could tell from the start that Anna was intimately knowledgeable about many of our target areas. She was able to pick out highlights, assist with transport options, and, most importantly, help us choose accommodations we might have overlooked on our own. Whether we needed airport transfers, wanted to schedule a private tour, or were on the hunt for a local gym- Anna provided us with options. 

The best thing about working with Anna at GoLuxe was the communication. During our initial meet-up, Anna was able to prompt us in a way that helped her determine our goals and expectations. She then developed a spreadsheet that we were both able to access in real-time as we confirmed routes and hotel stays. No easy task as the itinerary at first was very fluid. With Anna's help, we were able to lock everything down while still providing flexibility in case our travel plans changed on the fly.

Without Anna's help, we would have missed many opportunities to enhance our European family vacation. Porto, specifically, comes to mind as Anna was able to direct us to an amazing hotel with views from our room which literally looked like a painting overlooking the city and river while also remaining quiet and intimate. We simply would not have found it on our own.
