We believe having a human plan your trip with expertise using vetted suppliers will make for a more successful trip. The beauty of using an agent is that someone from our team will hand-pick suppliers so your trip aligns with your desires and interests. You can travel at your own pace. We work in collaboration, so you get the best fit. We can also assist you if unexpected problems arise.

How much does it cost?

We offer complimentary four- and five-star hotel bookings and even secure extra perks. Our design fee for concierge services begins at $50 per day. Full-service trip planning services start at $300 per week of travel for two people. For lifestyle travelers, we have an annual passport for a year of travel support, offered by invitation. We also can help with flight booking, more info on that below.

Why do you charge trip planning fees?

To offer our travelers the best experience possible, we charge a design fee for partial or full-service trip planning. Our fee structure is transparent and agreed upon before collaborating on your trip planning. We get paid referral commissions on hotel, air, cruise, transportation, and tour bookings. If we relied solely on our commissions to get paid, we would likely steer our clients to the highest-paying supplier.

The trip planning fee allows us to take a balanced approach to selecting suppliers. We care deeply about aligning our travelers with the best supplier for their needs and desires. Our design fees ensure we work entirely for you without distraction from what we get paid.

What do I get for the trip planning fee?

Every trip we plan includes hours of research and planning. We communicate and reserve each nightly stay directly with our Preferred Partners to ensure you will be treated like the VIP guest that you are. We secure PERKS. We take time to curate authentic experiences for each destination thoughtfully.

The time you save when you outsource your travel planning frees you up to spend time doing what you enjoy with the people you love.

Each trip plan includes a daily itinerary for all parts of your travel we have reserved and confirmed, available in an app you can use offline during your travels.

Does it save money to work with you?

We strive to add value to your trip by offering exceptional service and VIP Perks such as complimentary breakfast, hotel credits, amenities, and a great experience. Our affiliation with Fora Travel and Virtuoso gives us a network that provides insider info, access, and offers. Our hotel, resort, and cruise rates will match or be of better value than the online published rate.

Can you help me with flights?

Yes! While we don't book economy airfare, we ensure top-notch service for each premium economy, business, or first-class flight ticket booking. A $50 fee is charged for booking flights with Go Luxe's flight desk, powered by Fora, which gives you access to a 24-hour support line. The flight desk can promptly rebook your flight in case of rerouting or cancellation.

Can you book using miles or loyalty points?

While we can usually add your frequent flier and loyalty numbers to your reservation, we cannot apply those to your booking.

Can you book an Airbnb for me?

At this point, Airbnb does not work with travel agents. However, we work with many professionally managed luxury villas worldwide.

How much should I budget for my vacation?

We typically see two approaches to travel budgeting. One is the client with a budget range in mind, and we tailor their trip to fit within that budget, knowing we may need to spend more or less for individual categories to stay within the overall budget. The other is the client who wants their experience to include their whole wishlist and is willing to invest to achieve that level. Both are great for us. We love tailoring trips to meet your budget goals. That being said, there are minimum expenditures for a particular experience level. We work best when clients come to us with a budget range in mind. Otherwise, if you want us to create the bucket list trip of your dreams, no matter the costs, we can do that, too. Do not worry; we will discuss the budget on our first call.

What if I only need to book a hotel or villa?

We love helping people find the perfect match for their stays. In fact, we love it so much that we offer this service complimentary. You can begin HERE.

Can I call you?

We reserve our phone calls for travelers with trips in the active planning or traveling stage. We suggest you begin with an email or trip planning form, and then we can schedule a call from there. While we love talking with potential travelers, having a written communication log to refer back to is very helpful.
