Fill out the Plan a Trip Form with the details and desires for your travel. We will reach out to you to determine the next steps. Typically, we will schedule a 20-minute call to learn about your travel style and preferences, where you’ve been, what you’ve loved/not loved, and what kind of experience you’re after for this trip. We’ll provide a customized quote for our travel design fee and begin discussing potential locations and adventures.
02 DESIGN
Once we receive your planning fee, we will begin designing a personalized itinerary for you. We work with our network of global preferred partners to select the best accommodations, transportation, and experiences, choosing them with your interests and preferences in mind. We’ll collaborate on curation and edits to create an exquisite trip itinerary that exceeds your imagination. You’ll review your itinerary, and based on your feedback, we’ll adjust it and book it once you approve it.
03 BON VOYAGE
It’s time to rest assured that your trip details have been reserved and that your VIP status has been confirmed with our Preferred Partners. Start dreaming of the adventures and fun you’ll have during your travels. Pack those bags and put on your OOO message.
04 REPEAT
Enjoy your luxurious trip, and tell us about it when you return home. We love hearing about the highlights and details of your travels, and anything that could have gone better. Begin planning your next adventure. There’s nothing better than coming home from a trip knowing your next one is already in the works!
